Youth Mental Health First Aid (for adults)
FOR ADULTS: Do you wish you had tools and background to help the younger folks in your life with their mental health challenges? Targeted for adults (parents, grandparents, teachers, coaches, therapists, etc.), this 6 hour training will heighten your awareness and equip you with tools necessary to help the youth in your life. 1-2 hours of pre-work required.
